Dear sir I am a composition delar in rajistar for gst . but I am a purchase for intra state please guide . eligible for composition. than composition scheme in rate 1 presente pay for sale and purchase.

As per sec10 a composition dealer is not eligible to make interstate sales.

But there is no condition regarding interstate purchases.

Hence you can make interstate purchases and you can also opt for composition scheme and pay tax accordingly.
