Sir i m from Gujarat and i m purchase goods from delhi of electronic items so i can go with composition scheme and my turn over is 48 laksh

Yes you can go for it as your turnover is below 75 lakh & u are not engaged in inter state outward supplies

But sir my dealer of delhi can get credit of GST which he charge on the my bill
2. And it can became possible that he may not sales me as he is not getting credit as i m composition scheme dealer

Means Register dealer can get credit of GST on sales made to composition scheme dealer....

Your supplier will charge gst in the invoice. You will pay your supplier the amount of goods and amount of gst. GST collected by the supplier from you, will be deposited by him to government. You will not get any credit of GST paid to your supplier as you are composition dealer.

Your registration as composition dealer will not have any effect on supplier. You are a registered dealer for your supplier as the others.

Thank you.... Sir but i want to know that my dealer can get credit of GST which he charge on the sales to me.... As he is Register dealer of delhi and i m in composition scheme dealer of Gujarat.... Pls Reply As i m doing regular purchase from this delhi dealer

You get credit of tax paid, not for tax collected. Supplier by sale collects tax from customer. There ia no point of credit to supplier.

Hi Sir...
I have taken a Composition scheme and get GST number and now i want to go for Regular Scheme.... Pls Guide.....
As i have electronic business and i want to sales outside Gujarat which is not possible in my this Composition scheme
