composition scheme

so far in vat different states had different composition schemes for work contract like construction of dams or civil structure.. e.g. in Gujarat you could pay lump sum 0.6% ...
what would be same under GST??

No . uniform composition scheme for all states under GST.

thanks similar for responding but my question here is under present vat laws suppose if I am in construction of dams then I can pay 0.6% vat with no ITC.. same is diff in Rajasthan or Karnataka.. what it would be under GST.?
