If you are providing engineering services then composition scheme is not applicable to service sector .

Refer Section 10 of the CGST Act 2017 read with Chapter 2 ( Rule 3 to 7 ) of CGST Rules 2017 for full fledged details regarding Composition Scheme.

But the Composition Scheme u/s 10 of the CGST Act 2017 is not applicable for the Service Sector.
