Is start up(Software company) can avail composition scheme benefits...??? is still there is a time for registration under said scheme...??? plz guide me...,

Dear Sir can you please tell me that if a dealer fails to take selling bills of july in 3B then what can he do in this case.

i take that in GSTR1 in the 4A,4B,4C. Column but there already shows the invoice uploaded by the Receiver which amount is higher then mine.

Then talk to ur buyer... They upload in their gstr2a... Please reconcile it with gstr1a... And modify it... Told to buyer that plz enter correct amount

but sir now GSTR2 is not available in the portal then how could they rectify that.

Koi nahi... Wait for it... This year only gstr1 should be filed... Ur liability will be calculated in gstr3... When gstr2 available then rectify it

The only things matter file ur gstr1 correctly... If gstr1 filed wrong in any case then it is amended in next month GSTR1

Calculate in next month returns...

But, In case it's liability in July's return then he ll be calculate the payment as on date of 20th August and Interest current date...
Also file in GSTR 1 correctly. If not then amend next return
