Yes you can sell and make delivery using Zomato ordering services even if you are registered as composition dealers.
Note that you are not providing delivery service, rather you are taking delivery services of Zomato and Zomato is one who is providing delivery services to customers.
So you are not making any sale against rule of composition and hence you can make delivery through Zomato

Taxable Persons Excluded from the Composition Scheme

Following taxable persons are not granted permission to opt for the scheme who:

Supplies goods not leviable under the Act

Supplies services

Makes a supply of goods other than intra state i.e. interstate or import/ export

Makes a supply of goods through Electronic Commerce Operator i.e. Ecommerce and liable to collect taxes

since swiggy and all similar are e-commerce operator so they cann’t opt for composite scheme

He is neither providing services like swiggy or Zomato, nor he is making interstate supply.

Please specify why he cannot make composition supply as suggested by you.
