i want to get register in GST...
i have business with total turnover up to 19 lakh as per following...
11 intra state
8 lakh inter state
so can I get composition scheme if I'm selling outside state???

No you can't as you are selling goods outside State.

yes interstate outward supply is not allowed for composition.
