if you have purchase of more than 5000 in a day ..then you will have to pay tax on reverse charge basis. since you have purchased goods worth rs 4500. no need to pay tax under reverse charge

If Your Aggregate Purchase from Unregistered Dealer is crossing Limit of 5000/- Rs. Per Day then only you have to Pay Under RCM,
