Section 10 (2) [b] says a person cannot get registered under composition levy if he is engaged in making any supply of goods which are not leviable to tax under this Act.
Suppose a pharmacist is engaged in supply of bunch of goods out of which some are exempt and some are taxable.. is he eligible for composition levy ?
