a supplier paying tax under composition levie then he will have to pay tax .......CGST and SGST and IGST .....I mean which type of tax who pay.......

Composition dealer can't supply to Inter State. So, he can't get IGST payable....
Correct, composition Dealer can't supply to inter state.
