in portal return dashboard could not open the return page .
how will file return

No more option....

Wait on it's availability......

Note:

Offline Utility is available in Portal. Also scroll "Option Available Soon" in Home page of GST Portal...

GSTR4 Offline Tool is Available in GST Portal... Check it and Timely file Returns for Composition Tax Payers...
