2) when filed by the second dealer as purchased bill.how can it be validated by the seller as a composition dealer doent file his sales invoices.

1.Composition dealer cannot do Interstate sales.
2.your customer will know that you didn't filed Sales return if the same is not appearing in his GSTR 2 & 2A
