A client had opted for the composition scheme for trading in wooden items. Now he is also working as commission agent and earning commission.
what will be the treatment for GST on account of commission recd by him.

Immediately convert to Regular Scheme... Otherwise not accounted in the form...

Composition scheme only supplies with in the state , the composition dealers cannot supplies inter state supplies, any other income that is Commission received, Rental income received, job work charges received only applicable to regular dealers so u must have to convert in composition to regular dealers.
