Can you please guide. We have not filed quarterly returns since sep 2017. We are a composition dealer.
Now we wanted to file the returns but the system calculating 10000 late fee. for sep 2017 quarterly result
Please let me know is the late fee waived if yes please let me know the notification number
Till date, there is no waiver of late fee for composition Taxpayer.
Late fee waived only for Normal taxpayer.
