I (an online advertiser) have recently migrated to Composition scheme. Can I provide online services to an inter state customer, if his agent within my state pays for the service. Transaction will be intra state.
Thx

Check the B2B transaction is with agent or his principal, and decide.

@ PRIYA
FIRST OF ALL ...IN TERM OF ORDER 1/2019 CT ,THE COMPOSITION DEALER CAN PROVIDE SERVICES NOT EXCEEDING 10% OF TURNOVER IN PRECEDING FY OR 5LAC, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER (SO KINDLY CHK)
& IN CASE OF ADVERTISEMENT ON WEB , IF THE RECORD OF RECIPIENT AVAILABLE WITH SUPPLIER , THE POS WILL BE THE RECIPIENT PLACE
IN MY VIEW BEING A COMPOSIT DEALER YOU CANNOT PROVIDE INTERSTATE SERVICES
