How do we know whether supplier is composition supplier how can we ascertain
As per gst

you can check supplier status of regn. regular/ composition on site of www.gst.gov.in ( search taxpayer)

As per cgst rule there is a mandatory condition that supplier of composition has to mention the phrase " supply under composition " in the invoice. Further has also to mention the same from where he supply goods or service.
