Yes, will be applicable from 01.04.2019, if aggregate turnover below 50 lakhs.

Composition Registration is always optional . So pls wait for your turnover to cross 50 lacs and then think of Regular or Composition Registration.

Composition Scheme will be available for the Service Sector from FY 2019-20 if aggregate turnover is upto Rs.50 lakhs and Rate is 6%...
