if i choose composition gst act.... and i sale tax free goods.... is there any provision i have to pay tax on tax free goods

No you can not pay tax on tax free goods neither in case of you are a registered GST dealer or you are a composition scheme dealer.

bt its says 1% on turnover means what... taxable turnover or total with exempted
