purchase total amount rs:50 lacs as per books and original invoices based
purchase total amount rs:55 lacs as per gst.gov.in portal
purchase total amount rs:45 lacs as per income tax portal

dealer above mentioned purchase total amount shown in gstr-4 annual return f.y.22-23
Returns should be filed based on books of accounts only. There may be case, any supplier has shown incorrect invoice in its GSTR 1 or any invoice may not be updated on Income tax portal.
If you are sure about books of accounts, go with it. Else, reconcile all the three and identify reasons for difference and do what seems right. this is the ideal way to solve this.
