I am under composite scheme whether my supplier should mention this on my invoice. and should I inform this to all my supplier

no need such intimation to suppliers
u will have to just provide your gstin to your suppliers.

He may or may not mention this on his tax invoice but you are compulsorily required to mention the words "Composition Taxable Person, not eligible to collect tax on supplies" in every Bill of Supply issued by you.
