Sir if taxpayer wants to issue a single invoice for both goods and services where the goods is of 5% and service is of 12%..... now can he issue a composite Invoice with the rate of 5%?
if supply of goods and services are naturally bundled and supply of service is in conjunction with supply of goods and good is the principal supply, then only you can charge the same rate of gst which is applicable on goods on composite billing otherwise not.
