is the comp dealer required to pay tax if on input if he purchase from another composition dealer

Hi,

no tax in not required to be paid on purchase made from composition dealer

No tax is required to be paid on purchase from unregistered person as 9(4) is not operative now.

composition dealer has to pay tax at flat rate applicable 1%,6%,5%on his outward supplies....

Composition dealer is Registered person GST, hence if any Composition dealer purchase from another composition dealer , there is no GST Applicable under RCM .
