Compulsory acquisition under RFCTLARR act is exempt from tax-ability.
consideration has been decided by whom for compulsory acquisition in your case....it will be exempt only if it is dediced by central gov or RBI..

If its acquired by governmental agency, it would be under Rfctlaar act only, Check the acquisition documents.
