Complition of articleship

My articleship are due on 10-05-2012

but by calculating my leave my articleship training complete in 10-02-2012, because i take leve hardly for one month.

Please advice can i terminate my articleship on 10-02-2012 or on 10-05-2012.

Please help me..........
