Is it necessary for a private company to comply with SEBI regulations....

Hi, Private companies are not required to comply with SEBI.
Only Listed Companies and at few intent subsidiaries of Listed Company are only required to comply with SEBI norms.
Agree with Amit ji......private companies and unlisted public companies are not required to comply with SEBI rules and regulations
Agree with both the above statements............SEBI regulates only listed and subsidiary of those listed company..............................
