Plz tell me the complete process regarding submission of annual report of pvt company.wat annexure to be attached with annual return.forms to be filed.further reqiurement if this is the first year of company

Hi Silky and Gargi
If You are filing Annual Report of Pvt. Co. to ROC follwing compliance required to be fulfile as per MCA requirement:
Form -23AC= Notice+ Director Report+ Balance Sheet togather with there schedules+Notes on Account
Form-23ACA = Profit & Loss Account with there Schesules + Notes on Account
Form 20B+ Scanned or soft copy of Annual Return.
