adt-1 not required every year if you appointed a c a (auditor) for five year and generally in pvt vo. everyone appoint ca for five years.
return required aoc-4 mgt-7, every year.
aoc-4 within 30 days from the date of agm mgt-7 within 60 days from the date of agm
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
