Can anybody please provide me the draft of Compliance Certificate to be submitted with the Board by the CEO

I think compliance certificate is issued by the PCS to the company. And it is applicable only to companies having paid up cap of Rs 10 lakh or more, up to Rs.5 crore. After 5 crores whole time CS is mandatory to appoint. (Sec.383A)
