Hii everyone..

I am little confuse abt Compliance Cert.Plzz tell me if we are filing CC for the financial year ending on 31/03/2009, then in point no. 6 of CC regarding AGM held, whether  we will give details of AGM held in 2009 or 2008??

Plzz suggest

As you are filing docs for the F.Y. 2008-09, details of AGM held on 2008 required to be given.
