My Query is:
What is the Due date for filing the annual Return for the AY 2013-14 as per new act.
What are the Documents & Procedures to be followed while filing the Annual Return.
Need a Complete Explaination.

Dear Goel,
Need to file annual return with ROC within 60 days from the date of annual general meeting, time frame same under companies act 1956 and 3013.
if your company's financial yeared ends on or before 31.03.2014, you need to prepare annual return in schedule V as required under the companies act, 1956.

Within 60 days of AGM. The return would be filed as per the old format under the Companies Act, 1956.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
