Can anyone post a Compliance Calendar for a Listed Company (Listed on NSE/ BSE) for complainces with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, MCA, NSE/BSE Listing Agreements, FEMA and other major laws. (Compliances to be made during a Financial Year)
Ours is a IT/ ITES company & having Foreign Subsidiaries & also Indian Subsidiaries.
Please Help !!!

Dear Smriti Sharma,
Thanks for uploading but I have this Compliance Calendar which I have found while surfing on the internet.
I want something more than that. I want every compliances which we have to follow under Companies Act, SEBI, MCA/ROC, Filings under different SEBI Regulations.
All the due dates must be as updated (Because I have seen many compliance calendar on the internet are not updated). They have not considered many amendments like Limited review report (amendment made by SEBI in Oct 2011),etc.
If you have your own Compliance Calendar of your company, you can upload it.

Dear Sir this NSE compliance calender does not contain the changes in the takeover code and still not updated, kindly any one send me the updated check chart for listed companies
