A notice was served by IT dept. regariding an inspection to be conducted in the premises of company,they want to verify the compliance of tds on salary provisions of FY 14-15 &
What are the responsibilities of Company & liabilities on non complinace of tds provisions of salary.
Notice is attached,please suggest what all things company should take care of.
1.)"From last quarter onwards company has stopped issuing food coupons to employees & now onwards food expenses is accounted as food expense under Office expense head & it is now not considered as an allowance/perquiste given to employee."
2.)Company has reduced director remuneration from 2 lacs to 1.20 lacs.
Is there any non compliance in the above accounting of company.
