You will be required to write a simple letter to ICSI Disciplinary committee, detailing the professional misconduct done by CS along with documentary evidences supporting your stand. On receipt of your letter, ICSI will be required to undertake preliminary study of your case. It is suggested that before complaining, you be sure that the CS is guilty of professional misconduct.
