When a company is reluctant on its part to enter into contarct with customers or substantial delay in making transactions. where the complaint can be lodged against company ? Can we lodge complaint with ROC ? Does it need quantum of value of transaction for filing complaint or any conditions ?

Hi Robin,
In my Opinion, if a company is not willing to enter into any contract it cannot be forced to enter into any such contract without willingness of 2 parties.
If the Company is making substantial delay with the Customers in terms of transactions, then i think
complaint can be filed in Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, regarding dealy in transactions.

Form 20B is for filing Annual return of the company having a share capital with the ROC
Form23 Ac is for Balance Sheet, P&L , and other documents.Filling with ROC
Form 23ACA is for profit and loss accounts filling with registrar.
