Dear Forum Members,
I have a query regarding compensatory leave.
My office has Saturday's and Sunday's off.
But during due dates we work on saturday's as well as sunday's.
My Partner is ready to give me Sunday comp off
But not saturday, he says it is voluntary not compulsory!
My question is, is it right??
And if saturdays are voluntary for set off and if 1 saturday i don't go to office he counts it as leave.
Is it right?
I mean it should be two way na, if he is counting leave than he should even give me set off of that na ?
