Dear Experts🙏.. A factory worker was hit by a machine and died. The company paid Rs 4 lakh as compensation to his family.
Can this amount be shown as income tax expense?
Is there any other rule?

Yes can be claimed.. Better to have a WCC policy for all workers working in factory
