Y, a dealer in motorcycles sales a Yahama bike to B. B leaves it possession the bike gets damaged. B sues Y for compensation.

 

Please give your experts comment on it.

Hi manoj, only the physical possession, if, was remaining... Then B cant sue Y in such case, coz bike had already been transferred in the name of B (as u said sales took place and it is assumed that only physical possession was remaining)....
