haha why will income tax give compensation ..though the person dies while submiting his return even then income tax will not be liable.. it can do only one thing if he passed away in any massacre if his family receives and compensation it is tax free.. to carry him to the home in ambulance ambulance service is tax free.. to carry him to the grave yard crematorium services are tax free.. any ways nice question
