Our AGM was held on 6th September 2013. We issued the letter for renewal of appointment of existing auditor on 10th September 2013. Is it needed to file the intimation to ROC by company in view of new Act 2013. If so, what is the form. Or only auditor's filing of 23B will be sufficient.

At present, the said provision of the new Companies Act, 2013 has not been made applicable as yet.
So till then, follow the provisions of the old Companies Act, 1956 and your auditor will file form 23B for the same within the 30 days!!!
