Mr HAriharan,
Please let me know which company you work as HR manager and also clarify does ur company pays 18 lacs p.a to fresher CS. It is first time I am hearing these numbers ..... I seriously doubt this.

Dear Rajat,
Check any job portal website or ICSI website and you will get the figures .. 18 lacs pa.a is impossible... ask anyone who is going to pay this amount to CS fresher . There are some friends who are CS with 4 to 5 years of exp and they also do not get this amount...

For a fresher between 3.5 lac to 6 lacs
1 to 6 years Rs 5 to 9 Lacs
8 to 15 9 to 25 Lacs
15 to 20 15 to 40 Lacs
The heighest paid for a CS is 3 Crore P.A

For your kind information, I wrote the things I know, if u want u can take or otherwise ignore the same.
I don't know how much u have understood the concept of the profession CS. If you have much doubt u can check the same from any other source.
And let me tell u one thing very clear, things are changing in Indian market , Our Indian market is also paying very well to our professionals, its not necessary that u have to go to abroad for attaining the same.
And you have asked me what is my CTC, for your kind information it is between Rs 5.5 Lakh to Rs 6 Lakh and I am having almost 2 years of experience.
