I have been assigned to prepare a Company Search Report. Please provide the details on how to obtain the data, relating to that company, from the MCA portal.

For this you will have to log in to MCA Site and after paying Rs. 100 through Internet Banking or Credit Card, will get all the documents filed with MCA by the company.
For the basic information of the company, click on the master data detail on MCA Portal and there you will get the basic information of the company along with its dierctors and the charges registered with ROC.
