Well I am assigned this task at workplace but don't know how to go about completing the assignment.
First the main task is to file the annual returns of last few years.
The major problems I am facing are
The autorised capital of the company is Rs. 300,000/- as per MCA against actual Rs. 3 Crore.
The company has issued ordinary shares but in reality one can only issue equity or preference capital. S another problem is that the company's share capital comprises of Ordinary and Equity shares.
The company had not filed DIN 3 in the year 2006. So none of directors apperar on the MCA portal. I have to register the digital signature before I can file the annual returns.
The forms need to be pefiled but no data will be available.
I have to complete this task in a span of week.
Please guide me.
