I am travel professional, I want start a representation agency where I will be representing international travel agents and hotel brands in India.
For this business under which category I need to register a company and what will be the tax applicable on the commission receivable, also if I have an existing travel agency registered under sole proprietary on my name for commencing travel business in India registered at MSME. can I accept payment in that current account ?
Need assistance on above query.

Dear Sir,
I think you are asking question as : What type of Business is suitable in above mentioned case, such as Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, One Person Company, Pvt Ltd Company or Public Limited Company.
Whether my understanding correct? Kindly Reply / Correct.
If you are going to change business type, from Sole Proprietorship to any other type, then you should not do any transaction in Sole proprietorship - Bank Account.
