Dear All,

I need your kind guidance for registration of a company in delhi.

I want to start a firm as Vendor to Online shopping co. we want to sell our products on their online site.

I would require tin no., company PAN card and current Account for it.

Please suggest the best way so I can get this company and can open a small firm. Pl. suggest as I want to invest very low amount for it. what is better proprietorship, or Partnership. or company registration.

I think Proprietorship will be a better option for you.

You won't be needing a new PAN Card . Just get a TIN no. in the name of your Business and from the same you could open a Current account. Please ask your bank for the Documentation required for that.

Tin no. is all you need to get started, for that you must have a place of business/office.

Go for :-

Buniess Registration :- Sole Proprietorship

TAX Registrations :- TIN (DVAT & CST)

Bank Account :- Seperate Current Account

Very Important :- Hire some full time CA firm for your registration and filingyour taxes and returns. It will cost you around 7500K for registrations and for quaterly tax filing it would cost you 3K to 5 K. They have team to handle all company issues. Dont go for Dalal or part time as they dont follow the issues after giving your registartions. They can provide you all this in 30% discount but will not come to help you when you are in trouble. Keep in mind Registration is not a big deal, big deal is maintaing your records and filing tax and returns in time. Best of Luck.
