Strike off and Reserved Showing under search results of Company Name Availability

Can my client go for incorporation with this Name.

Issue is that person incorporated PVT LTD company and also takes brand, trade mark and logo registration for the same company.

but miss annual compliances thus Name got strikes off and due to registration under trade mark it shows reserved

can againt incorporate with same name
