can a private limited conpany be converted in to one persone company ?If yes what are the rels applicable ? pl advice

Yes , A private Company having paid up share capital of less than 50 Lakhs or less or average annual turnover is 2 crore rupees or les may convert itself into one person Company by passing special resolution in general meeting.
but before passing special resolution company shall obtain NOC from members and creditors
OPC shall file copy of sr within 30 days to ROC in MGT 14
The Company shall file an application in Form INC 6 FOR CONVERSION OF opc BY COMPLYING WITH FOLLOWING ATTACHMENTS
AFFIDAVIT BY DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
LIST OF MEMBERS AND CREDITORS
LATEST AUDITED BALANCE SHEET AND PNL
COPY OF NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM CREDITORS
