Company Law Query.

A company cannot be a citizen, bt it can have fundamental rights of an individual. Am i correct.?

Just a general confirmation if any one can guide, or correct me pls ;

Since a company is not a citizen as defined in the citizenship act,1955, it will not have the fundamental rights available to a "citizen". But, it can avail of the other fundamental rights available normally to every other person.
