I would like to know that can acompany create a E.M charge on same immovable property with same amount with same bank on which earlier charge was registered with same bank with same property with same amt. is it possible? if no, please give reason?
Yes, it is possible. If EM was created earlier for facility 'A', and now Bank has sanctioned facility 'B' for which also mortgage is to be provided. In such case Bank can continue to hold documents as security for facility 'B' also.
suppose the facilities are also same with same bank with same immovable property, is it registerable with Roc?
How can you create EM again for the same facility for which EM has already been created by you? What document you are executing and what is the purpose?

I HAVE ONE QUERY RELATING TO AGM. SUPPOSE ONE INDIAN PRIVATE COMPANY HAS ONLY 2 DIRECTOR, BOTH OF THEM ARE FOREIGN NATIONAL. NOW COMPANY WANTS TO HELD AGM BUT ALL DIRECTOR ARE NOT ABLE TO CAME INDIA. IN THIS CASE CAN AGM BE HELD? IF YES, THEN HOW?
