It can be transferable with the consent of all the members of company.

Yeas it can be transferable with the consent of all board members of company. Stamp duty will be applicable for the transfers of preference shares. It will depend on the higher preference share consideration. Each transfer of preference share should be approved in writing by supervisory board.
