for this you need to refer to chapter Company Secretary part-1. its claearly specifies the company requied appoiontment of CS Compulsary.. and also they can escape the appointment by a justifiable reason
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
